By creating an account or using Content Pulse AI, you agree to these terms. If you use the product on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

Content Pulse provides research feeds, AI-assisted briefs and drafts, and publishing tools for supported platforms. Features may change as we improve the product. Direct publishing availability depends on platform APIs and your connected accounts.

You are responsible for the content you generate and publish, for complying with each social platform’s policies, and for keeping account credentials secure. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to distribute unlawful content.

Early access may be free. We may introduce paid plans, rate limits, or feature changes with reasonable notice. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Content Pulse a limited license to process that content only as needed to provide the service. Content Pulse retains rights to the product, branding, and software.

The service is provided “as is.” AI-generated drafts may be incomplete or inaccurate—you should review before publishing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific engagement outcomes.
